It is with deep & sincere sorrow that we share the passing of our dear friend

Andrew Whitworth, who died with his closest friends by his side on Saturday 28 December 2024.

What can anyone say about Andrew?  A man of so many talents - Director, arranger, choreographer, costume & props designer, performer and all round entertainer.

Since appearing in the HAOS production of The King & I, in 1975, Andrew's theatrical career spanned the decades including his involvement with many companies throughout the region.

He was at the helm as Director of our junior society HATY for an entire decade as well as other junior societies in the Calderdale area throughout the years.

Andrew will be sorely missed by everyone who knew him, he will be fondly remembered for his comic timing and inimitable quick responses.
