Supporting children and young people aged 8-18 to develop new skills and increase self-esteem. Helping them grow in confidence, resilience and independence through the platform of the performing arts.

The primary society about us page provides more details of the aims and priorities of both groups including how we operate. To find out what to expect as a current or prospective HATY member, please see our HATY handbook and other policies and procedures.

ABOUT HATY

HAOS is extremely proud of it's thriving youth community, operating all year round through a number of community events, fundraisers, concerts, social activities and the some of the highest quality youth theatrical productions in the area.

We strive to ensure that HATY remains an affordable opportunity for any young person who wishes to get involved, with or without prior experience. Since the HATY journey began in 1981, HAOS has had the pleasure of witnessing almost 1000 young people take to the stage, developing into successful adults in their own rights, many of which are still providing valuable contributions to the performing arts industry, community theatre, and indeed our very own society.
