Building Closure - Lockdown
LATEST NEWS
17th March 2020

Please read a mesage from our Chairman regarding the need to Lockdown our building facilities...
Due to the updated government guidance regarding avoiding social contact and large gatherings, the Society has made the difficult decision to postpone any events or usage of the rooms until further notice, and therefore the building is to be locked down.
To offer clear confirmation, this sadly means that "Our Day Out", the HATY concert "Thank you for the Music" and the Society Social evenings will not take place and will be rescheduled in due course. The health of our members and their families is of the utmost importance and due to this we want to ensure we are following any government guidance relating to COVID-19.
I am sure that you will understand why we have taken this action and we will keep you updated. We would appreciate your continued support during this time, for example if you do not have a 100 club number or have not signed up to be a member, doing either would greatly help us to continue to pay the mortgage & overheads on the building.
Thanks again for your help & understanding and we look forward to seeing you, hopefully in the very near future.
Stay safe & well,
Paul M. Addy
HAOS Productions Chairman
